The Appliance Center Block Cart is a three-tiered mobile kitchen cart that features a 1.5 inch thick solid hard rock maple frame and work surface with edge grain construction. The work surface has radiused corners that give it a soft appearance and remove danger of children running into sharp corners. At 36 inches high, the Appliance Center is the ideal height for food preparation. It features two solid maple shelves where you can stow and display your favorite appliances and kitchen items. An electrical outlet strip is conveniently placed on the side to facilitate easy use of blenders, mixers, and other electric kitchen tools. Caster wheels let you easily move the Appliance Center when not in use; it can double as a serving cart for entertaining guests. An optional towel rack lets you hang dishrags and frequently used utensils, and also serves as a handle when moving the cart. With its simple classic design, the Appliance Center is a smart choice for the busy chef in need of a little extra work and storage space in one compact and mobile package.

The Appliance Center Block Cart is featured with the standard Boos Block Cream Finish with Beeswax, to seal and protect the wood. The Boos block cream penetrates deeply into the grains of the wood, leaving a silky wax barrier to lock moisture in, and allows your board to be used as a cutting surface. This finish can be maintained with John Boos Mystery Oil or Boos Board Cream.
