What can I do if I need to cancel an order?

Pot Rack Source begins processing your order immediately once it's placed. Many of our products ship out the same day. We also carry made-to-order products that we begin to build as soon as an order is submitted. For these reasons, it is usually not possible to cancel an order once it has been placed. However, if you email or call us with a cancellation request before 4pm PST on the day you place your order, we will do our best to assist you. We regret that we cannot accommodate cancellation requests that come in after 4pm PST on the day you place your order.
