The Compact Kitchen Island Workstation offers a lot of convenience in a little space. Constructed of premium rubber wood, the butcher block work surface features a unique "Chop and Drop" system for sanitary food handling and easy clean-up. A stainless steel chef pan is positioned under a cut-out in the butcher block's surface and allows for the collection of juices, the quick storage of prepped meats and vegetables, or the easy disposal of trimmings and waste.

To make food preparation tasks a breeze, a handy chrome rack holds your favorite spices, oils, and condiments within easy reach, and a utility drawer (with a built-in knife block) conveniently stores your knives and utensils right where you need them. The center shelf holds a sturdy wire rack that's ideal for keeping fresh ingredients at hand. The lower shelf, made of fixed rubber wood slats, makes room for mixing bowls or pots and pans. It's all set on three-inch commercial grade casters, so you can easily maneuver this versatile kitchen island wherever you need it, and lock it securely in place when positioned. And for extra convenience... it even includes a wire ring designed to hold a plastic trash bag.
