The Cucina D'Amico is a fully functional butcher block and mobile kitchen cart all-in-one. Its design marries the warmth of natural wood with the sleek modernity of stainless steel to produce a classic kitchen cart that will complement any decor. This sturdy kitchen cart comes with four 3" commercial grade locking caster wheels, so you can easily maneuver it and lock it into place when positioned. A food-service grade stainless steel slatted shelf and matching towel bar provide additional storage options. At nearly 3 ft tall, the Cucina D'Amico kitchen cart is the ideal height for food preparation tasks.

The Cucina D'Amico features a 5-inch thick Northern Hard Rock Maple butcher block with end-grain construction. The end-grain work surface is easy on knives; during cutting or chopping, the end grain wood fibers absorb the impact of the blade, which keeps knives sharper longer. The malleable and forgiving end grain surface is resistant to nicks and gouges, which prevents bacteria from entering the wood, keeps the butcher block looking new longer and increases its longevity. This butcher block features the standard Boos Block Cream Finish with Beeswax that penetrates deeply into the grains of the wood, leaving a silky wax barrier to lock moisture in, and allows your board to be used as a cutting surface. This finish can be maintained with John Boos Mystery Oil or Boos Board Cream.
