The Cucina Technica Kitchen Cart offers the utmost in kitchen cart design, combining a hard maple butcher block top with a food service grade stainless steel base. The 4-inch thick butcher block top features end grain construction and can be used either for food preparation or as a serving area. A stainless steel towel bar that doubles as a handle lets you keep dishtowels or kitchen tools within easy reach. A matching stainless steel perforated lower shelf provides extra storage space. An optional dovetailed maple utility drawer with a stainless steel front adds both style and additional storage space, letting you keep frequently used kitchen tools close at hand (available for the 30W x 24D cart only). This classic kitchen cart is easily maneuvered on four commercial grade caster wheels that lock so you can keep the kitchen cart securely in place when positioned. Modeled after European food carts, the Cucina Technica Kitchen Cart makes a stylish addition to the kitchen and serves as a welcome aid for the busy chef. At nearly 3 feet tall, the Cucina Technica kitchen cart is the ideal height for food preparation tasks.

The Cucina Technica Kitchen Cart features a 4-inch thick Northern Hard Rock Maple butcher block with end-grain construction. The end-grain work surface is easy on knives; during cutting or chopping, the end grain wood fibers absorb the impact of the blade, which keeps knives sharper longer. The malleable and forgiving end grain surface is resistant to nicks and gouges, which prevents bacteria from entering the wood, keeps the board looking new longer and increases its longevity. This kitchen cart features the Boos Block Cream Finish with Beeswax that penetrates deeply into the grains of the wood, leaving a silky wax barrier to lock moisture in, and allows your board to be used as a cutting surface. This finish can be maintained with John Boos Mystery Oil or Boos Board Cream.
