Shipping & Delivery

Pot Rack Source offers FREE ground shipping to almost anywhere in the contiguous United States! This saves you money and means you don’t have to worry about extra costs being added on at checkout. The price you see listed for your item is the total price you pay*.

There is a fee for shipments sent to Alaska or Hawaii. If you are shipping to these destinations, your shipping charges will be added at checkout.

If you need your pot rack in a hurry, please call us at 1-888-258-8970 for an expedited shipping quote. Many of our pot racks can be shipped "next day air" or with two or three day service. Some of our larger or heavier items can only ship via freight truck; these items can’t be expedited.

We don’t currently ship to locations outside of North America. We apologize for any inconvenience.

When will my order ship?

To better serve you, Pot Rack Source lists the processing time for each item we carry right on the product detail page. "Processing time" refers to number of business days it takes to prepare your order for shipment. Some items ship out the day your order is placed, and some items can take longer—made to order items can sometimes take a few weeks in production, for example. While our listed processing times are not a guarantee, they should give you a good idea of when you can expect your order to ship.

How will my order ship?

UPS and FedEx Shipments: UPS and FedEx ground shipments generally take between 3 and 7 business days to arrive at your door once they leave the warehouse. If the item you’ve ordered ships via UPS or FedEx, you will be able to track your shipment online using the tracking number and link we send you in your shipment notification email. Tracking your shipment online makes it easier for you to plan to be home or at the delivery location when your item is delivered. It is best to be present when the UPS or FedEx shipment arrives so that you can sign for the package, inspect it, and bring it indoors. Your UPS or FedEx driver may leave the package at your door without a signature; however, this is up to the discretion of each individual driver and in some cases rather than leave the package, a driver may leave a note and attempt to redeliver the item the next business day. UPS and FedEx will make up to three attempts to deliver your item. If you are not there to receive the item after the third delivery attempt, the package will be held at a local delivery terminal for five business days, during which time you can pick it up at the terminal. After 5 business days have elapsed, the package will be considered undeliverable, returned to the warehouse, and processed like a standard return.

Freight Shipments: Some heavier or larger items can only be shipped via ground freight. Freight shipments will be delivered by a common carrier (a truck freight company) and typically take 7-14 days to arrive at your curbside. Freight shipments cannot be expedited. When your item is ready for delivery, the freight company will notify you by phone to arrange a delivery date and time. Typically, the freight company will give you a four-hour window of time for delivery, and someone must be available at your delivery destination during this window in order for the item to be delivered. During delivery, the freight company is not responsible for carrying the item off the truck or into the building, so the driver may or may not assist you with moving your package(s) indoors. For heavy or large items, we recommend that you have someone available to assist you. The freight company may offer additional service options such as liftgate (getting the item off the truck), inside delivery, or assembly, for an additional service fee. You can arrange for these services directly with the freight company when delivery arrangements are made. You will be responsible for paying the freight company directly for those services. In the rare event that your curb or driveway is not accessible by the freight company, the freight company may deliver your item to the nearest accessible location. In this case, you are responsible for moving the item from that location to your final delivery point.

Not all freight delivery companies offer white glove/set up service as a delivery option. If you are interested in purchasing white glove/set up service for your order, please contact us ahead of time so we can determine if that option is available for your order. If white glove/set up service is not available, you can still place your order with the included standard freight service, or you may purchase liftgate and inside delivery (without white glove/set up) from the freight company when your item is delivered.
