MANUFACTURER INFO
The high-quality food service products manufactured by John Boos & Company are used by many celebrity chefs and have been featured on The Food Network. A staple in the commercial cooking industry since the early 20th century, John Boos and Company prides itself on the quality, craftsmanship and safety of all its products. Only the finest wood and steel are used in the manufacturing process and all products are made in the USA. A past recipient of the Gold Medal for Excellence in Foodservice Equipment, John Boos and Company is a leading manufacturer of residential and commercial chopping blocks, cutting boards and stainless steel tables. John Boos & Co is firmly committed to managing environmental matters as an integral part of their business practice. Some of the steps they take to accomplish their "green" status include manufacturing wood products that emit far less carbon dioxide, sulfur dioxide, methane and other gases than processing non-wood substitutes; using only formaldehyde free and low emission formaldehyde gluing processes in manufacturing our butcher blocks; and having active recycling programs in place with 95% of all raw materials, scrap, and even their sawdust recycled as fuel to heat their kilns. Boos' sawdust is also recycled as livestock bedding for their local agricultural needs.PLEASE NOTE...
On the 6-foot size work table, the shelf is made of 16-gauge stainless steel. If you would like the caster wheels or shelves with your table, please be sure to add them to your order when you make your purchase. These items are made to order. When caster wheels or shelves are added to an order at the time of purchase the legs are pre-drilled and cut in production to accept them. You will not be able to easily obtain or add caster wheels or shelves to your table separately at a later date, so if you think you will want either of these items with your table, please use the drop down menu above to include them with your order. The 96-inch, 108-inch, and 120-inch lengths have six legs. This work table is a commercial grade work table. On commercial grade stainless steel work tables, it is common to see residual dye marks where the stainless steel has been bent during production. The dye marks look like light scratches. The dye marks are standard on commercial grade equipment and are not evidence of a defective product. This item requires assembly.
All John Boos products are covered by a 1-year warranty against defects in material and workmanship.
