Christmas Delivery Info

For Christmas delivery, be sure to order in time! We guarantee that orders placed before midnight on the Christmas delivery date shown will ship in time to make it to your home, with regular UPS Ground delivery service, on or before December 24th.* The Christmas delivery date varies by product. Please check the product detail page to determine the Christmas delivery date for the item you are purchasing. The earlier you place your order, the better. If the Christmas Delivery date has passed, we will note that on the product page.

If the Christmas delivery date has passed, you may still be able to get your item by Christmas if you choose expedited shipping. For assistance determining whether your item will arrive in time with expedited shipping, please give us a call so our customer support staff can help you.

Please note: we guarantee that orders placed on or before the Christmas delivery date will leave our warehouse in time to make it to your home on or before December 24th , in accordance with UPS holiday shipping schedules. This guarantee does not, however, cover unpredictable circumstances beyond our control which may cause shipping delays after the product has left our warehouse, such as extreme weather delays, UPS routing problems, or incorrect or undeliverable shipping addresses. We strongly recommend that you be home to receive delivery of your order, as it is up to the discretion of the UPS driver whether or not to leave the item without a signature. If your order ships via freight, the freight carrier will call you to schedule a delivery day and time so you can arrange to be home to accept shipment.

Please note: the Christmas Delivery info above applies to orders shipped Ground to destinations within the contiguous United States. For shipments to Alaska or Hawaii, you may need to order in advance of the Christmas Delivery date to receive your order by Dec. 24th. Due to extended processing and delivery times for shipments to Alaska/Hawaii, we cannot guarantee delivery by a given date; however we may be able to assist you by phone in scheduling holiday deliveries. For assistance with shipments to Alaska/Hawaii, please contact us so our customer support can assist you.

In some cases, ship costs for expedited shipments within the contiguous USA may also need to be confirmed with you in advance. Our customer support staff will contact you immediately to verify any ship charges; your prompt response will ensure that your order will ship in time for Christmas Delivery.

Please note: for all special order and made-to-order items, the Christmas Delivery date is an estimate only. Although we will make our best effort to ensure that all special order and made-to-order items ship by the estimated Christmas Delivery date, due to variations in production conditions around the holidays, we cannot guarantee that special order or made-to-order items will ship by a specific date.

For orders with credit card billing issues, such as initial authorization declined status or security verification issues, our customer support staff will contact you immediately to resolve the billing issue. Please note that the processing of your order may be delayed past the Christmas Delivery date if we do not hear from you in time to resolve the billing issue. As soon as the billing issue is resolved, your order will be processed immediately.

*On very rare occasions due to extreme weather conditions at the holiday season, our warehouses may be delayed in processing shipments. If we receive notice of a delay and are certain your item will not ship in time for Christmas Delivery, we will notify you in advance. Delays due to extreme weather conditions are extremely rare.
